StarCorps Industries is one of the largest weapons manufacturers in the Inner Sphere, and one of the longest lasting one. Made from a combination of multiple medium size corporations, the conglomerate still holds “the standard” when it comes to short-range and long-range missiles through Holly Industries. StarCorps has subsidiaries and satellites in every major Inner Sphere state except for the Draconis Combine. The Dragon would never accepted a company which they would not have true control over, which StarCorps never accepted.
While StarCorps specializes in a few models of BattleMechs, they offer refit and repair services for a wide range of machines. The machines they do own the license over are also some of the more popular ones, like the Warhammer and Longbow, guaranteeing massive revenue yearly. They also acquired production license for a large number of OmniMechs in the aftermath of the Clan Invasion, many of which they are now the main producer of as LAW needed time to repair their OmniMech annex.
Recent History
StarCorps is still a generalist company, but many of their factories after Gray Monday began operating more independently. Communication between the satellite offices was guaranteed by the likes of Lloyd’s of New London, but this was slower still than regular HPG traffic. Many factories now produce specific models for a specific customer, like the Antlion or Carronade, but the board of directors still makes sure those are available for export if required through careful control of their branches.
A good portion of the original leadership of StarCorps died during the Jihad during an attack on Son Hoa. Rather than let the plant on that world linger and die, the new board of director increased investments in it and rebuilt in completely, importing manpower from nearby worlds to restore it. This factory is now fully independent, as the world of Son Hoa broke away from the Lyran Commonwealth. StarCorps now more or less runs the world like their own corporate paradise and testing ground
Manufacturing
Crofton
Crofton is one of the major production facilities for StarCorp, and a critical piece of infrastructure in the Federated Suns. NAIS has an office associated with the Crofton facility to share development in technology. Crofton can produce all forms of advanced technology.
BattleMechs
Omnimechs
Exoskeleton

Emris
The Emris facilities are a major plant in the Free Worlds League, producing a variety of weapons for whatever “duchy or principality owns it”. As with most StarCorps plants, a significant portion of its production will still be used as exports. The Emris facilities were unaffected by the Jihad and the following troubles in the rebuilding Free Worlds League.
Battle Armor
BattleMech
Exoskeleton
Enders Cluster
The Enders Cluster facilities is a new factory built on the far end of the Lyran Commonwealth. It is functional at the start of the 3140s, but little more details are known about it.
Fletcher
The Fletcher facilities were mostly destroyed during the Succession Wars.
Loburg
Loburg are a key installation in StarCorps distribution network, providing equipment to all divisions of the company. They were unaffected by the Jihad, and have been producing near full capacity during the Republican Era.
BattleMech
OmniMech
Exoskeleton
OmniVehicles
Menke
The Menke factory is part of the Capellan branch of StarCorps, but as with most factories, it will export to other parts of the company with no real problems. While it is a smaller plant, it remains quite efficient as it took no damage during the Jihad.
BattleMechs
IndustrialMechs
Son Hoa
The Son Hoa factories were almost destroyed during the Jihad, losing almost 75% of its staff and equipment. StarCorps invested significant amounts in restoring the plant to its former glory during the Republican era, including building an arena in the area.

St.Ives
The St.Ives facilities of StarCorps were plagued with issues from the 3060s to the start of the Republican Era. The fight between the St.Ives Compact and the Confederation left scars on it, which were made worse during the Jihad. The facilities were repaired and brought back mostly only by the early 32nd Century.
Exoskeleton
BattleMechs
OmniMechs
Terra
The StarCorps facilities on Terra were damaged during Devlin Stone’s retaking of Terra during the Jihad but were mostly intact and only needed repairs for them to provide equipment to the Republic of the Sphere. With the capture of Terra by Clan Wolf, StarCorps is expected to start helping the new owners and open a “Wolf Empire” subsidiary.

Effective Technology Level
StarCorps is one of the most advanced companies in the Inner Sphere and was always “at the bleeding edge”. Their facilities allow them to build BattleMechs and OmniMechs with ease, along with upgrade kits and refit kits for almost any machine. They own, in part, a large number of smaller manufacturer and parts manufacturer throughout the Sphere as well.
The problem comes with how large StarCorp is, they do not have the agility required to modernize their production lines to new standards very quickly. They have not “absorbed” Clan technology unlike many others. While they can import and install Clan equipment or build pod equipment using it, they cannot manufacture these parts “locally”, putting a lynchpin in their production. Modernizing their technology profile would require a massive investment, which is beyond what the Board of Director can easily agree on and get the investors to agree on.
StarCorps can import and install Clan-technology but cannot manufacture it.
