In 3152, during June, the Word of Blake exploded out of the Deep Periphery in a surprise rampage across multiple nations. From then on, June was known as Hell’s Breach as the violent assault on the Inner Sphere scarred it.
When the Blakists were defeated during the Jihad Era, many of them vanished. Shadow Divisions, Militia, space vessels, support staff, and even Hidden Worlds were lost to the void and never found. In their exile, they found a home in the Rimward Deep Periphery. Through their force of will, cooperative Periphery civilians, advances in AI and drone technology, a truly powerful Periphery power emerged after 70 years.
When Precentor ROM Brek discovered that there was a Clan on Terra attempting to create a Third Star League, he notified Precentor Martial Domiclus. With a meeting of the Conclave, it was time. The Third Transfer would be to the Word of Blake, not a Clan.
The first wave of the assault on the Inner Sphere was severe. In a matter of days, four nation’s capital worlds were under assault by overwhelming forces, one leader assassination was attempted, a nation was killed by chemical and biological WMDs, and multiple incursions to various nations took place.
