The video below is my most recent video on movement. In it I cover regular movement, moving through terrain, and more. Keep in mind, and this is a perfect example of where the rulebooks can be daunting, in the part where I discuss water, I made one mistake. You cannot run through water, only out of it.

These videos are the how-to-play videos I originally made years ago. These have helped many people learn the game and are simple introductions to the concepts.
