Khalid Reveiz was the commander of the 4^th Arkab Legion after the Battle of Terra and during the Davion Reconquisa. One of the Azami officer more willing to play ball with the DCMS, Khalid and his forces were used as sacrificial pawns by Matsuhari Toranaga (internal) during the Reconquest of New Avalon. Colonel Reveiz was quite happy with using the “just following order” excuse when being challenged about some of his actions.

Before the Reconquista

Khalid Reveiz rebuilt his regiment using recruits from the Algedi War College, most of them of Azami faith. As the religious reawakening of the Azami was ongoing due to Omar Bin Mohammed (internal), Khalid did not believe in it and pushed his troops closer to the DCMS. This made him quite popular with other commanders in the DCMS, which gave him a role in the defense of the Dragon’s Tongue.

Davion Reconquista and Death

The 4^th Arkab was stationed on New Avalon as Julian Davion (internal) assaulted the world with 12 full regiments of AFFS troops. Colonel Reveiz dug his troops in civilian locations to prevent the AFFS from striking them, but this led to locals sabotaging and destroying supplies. As Matsuhari Toranaga fled New Avalon with hostages, Khalid Reveiz and his men were abandoned on the planet.

A quick military tribunal found a large number of 4^th Arkab officers guilty of war crime, many of which had occurred from the start of the invasion. Khalid Reveiz tried to defend himself claiming he was only following order, but the tribunals found him guilty and he was executed by hanging. Most of the 4^th Arkab troops became dispossessed and returned to Al Na’Ir.
