Juan Antonio Lombello

Juan Antonia Lombello is a monster of a man, easily 2 meters tall with muscles of pure protein. His distinguishing mark, however, is his high-pitched voice, which earned him the nickname “The Contratenor”. He remains a ruthless member of the Greenhaven Gestapo, the RWR’s secret police. His primary role is to promote the Republic’s interests first and foremost, while taking out dissidents. Rather photogenic, he is also used in various Gestapo propaganda videos to improve their image.a

Early life

Juan Antonio Lombello was born in poverty on the Rim Worlds Republic capital of Promise. He showed good grades and exceptional athleticism from a young age, which attracted the Greenhaven Gestapo’s eye. His education was covered by the Gestapo, who then recruited him after basic indoctrination. While more of a “hands-on” secret services type, he still trained as a MechWarrior.

Recent History

Juan Lombello was selected as part of AsRoc to monitor the early strikes against the Inner Sphere. He was assigned to Clan Steel Viper, while also being provided with a team of observers. Major Lombello was told to monitor the Clan for treasonous activities, while also “smoothing things down” for them when required.

Using plausible deniability, he setup his observers on the various worlds attacked by the Vipers. Key infrastructure outside of the regular military operations were attacked by his troops, all the while he can claim to not be interfering with the Viper’s operations. He is quite content with his current position, and not looking for a promotion. Getting more hands-on experience does broaden his future opportunities.
