Alexander Hasek, circa 3154

Alexander Hasek reappeared on New Syrtis after being gone for a few years and feared dead. His actual whereabouts were obfuscated as he was brought to the Wolverine Union. There he became quite friendly with Carolyne Amaris and her children. Later enrolled in the ploys of the Union, Alexander Hasek reappeared and “took command” of the Capellan marches. Undermined by his sister Kym Hasek (internal), he could not perform his assigned task immediately. He still raised 2 new Syrtis Scourge regiments which he kept in reserve.

Davion Reconquista and the Capellan Front

Alexander Hasek’s desire to kick the hornet’s nest for his new friends in the Deep Periphery were slowed down again as the Capellan – Star League war allowed Julian Davion (internal) to have an opportunity to recall all available AFFS regiments to the Combine front and the Dragon’s Tongue. Keeping his own regiments in reserve, Alexander Hasek did try to force a diplomatic incident with the Rimward Alliance, but his own palace guards were too competent for his own good.

Sitting on his hands for a while, David Hasek did find a descendant of Tormano Liao, Liao Xiaolin. With this new ace in his sleeve and with the help of other Wolverine Union assets, he manipulated the local situation in the St. Ives Commonality and Capellan Marches to re-establish the St. Ives Compact. As military forces were returned to their original commands, Alexander Hasek wanted to strike against the Capellan Confederation in depth. His sister put a stop to this, with Julian Davion announcing his betrothal and “peace entente” with the new leader of the Capellan Confederation.

Infiltration and Destabilization

Fearing that the Union would take actions against him, Alexander Hasek began working overtime on causing distrust between the new St. Ives Compact and the Federated Suns, while pushing them into his own circle. While not having the massive local support he would have wanted, Alexander Hasek still is trying to build a “Capellan March” independence movement while letting Wolverine Union units hide and resupply in his territory.
