Marotta Kerensky was trapped by Henry Kincaid after the Battle of Terra. While the young mechwarrior had wanted to grow peaceful relations between the Wolves and the Dragoons, Kincaid started a vendetta against the ilClan. Marotta was thrown in solitary confinement on the Chieftain, with Kincaid as his only visitor, goading him. Counting the days while doing regular physical exercises, Marotta was freed by Deborah Sheridan. The two of them seized control of the dropship from the Wolf’s Dragoons to defect to Clan Wolf.

Marotta Kerensky was given a clean bill of health on Gienah before reporting back to Terra. He was welcomed as a hero. However, he felt that he had both failed Clan Wolf and the ilKhan with his actions. In response to this belief, Alaric Ward ordered Marotta act as his liason with Max Ergen and the First Army Group.

Battle of Yorii

On Yorii, Marotta Kerensky acted both as liaison between the Wolves and the First Army Group and as tactical officer in Deborah Sheridan’s lance. His time in service rebuilt his confidence, while also growing closer to his commanding officer. After the battle of Yorii, Marotta was “freed from service” by Alaric Ward so he could join Clan Thunder Boar. He was named Star Captain in the same Cluster as Deborah Sheridan, who proposed marriage to him. Not knowing what to do, Marotta is pondering what his response should be.
