Scarface’s Background

Even after joining Cobra, Armin James Dio didn’t expect anything outside being a loyal Cobra Viper. His entire life had basically been this up to this point, always being the eternal “number 2”, never good enough to make the cut, but never bad enough to be completely flushed out of the system. He was meant to be a replacement pilot in the Arkab Legion, trained as a replacement AsTech for ‘mechs, trained to be a replacement medic on an infantry crew. With nowhere to go and nothing to really look forward to, when the opportunity to join Cobra came up, he gladly defected to the terrorist organization.

His life as a Viper was more of the same, even though his responsability went up over time and he became an officer. Where things took a turn, however, was when Cobra Commander and Doctor Venom needed someone to carry a virulent toxin to potentially infect all of the GI Joes. As Venom tried to backstab Cobra and Cobra backstabbed Venom, Scarface (as he became known) became slowly more and more pivotal to Cobra operations, other officers came to HIM for advice and he slowly built a rapport with Destro and Major Bludd, both of which tried to play him against the other.

At this point in time, he is still climbing in the organization, potentially even gaining his own full time command.

Equipment

• Scarface pilots a Grigori in battle, with whatever variant is assigned to him at the time. He is starting to be important enough to ACTUALLY start dictating what he wants on his mech, however.
• Mech skills: Gunnery 3, Piloting 4.
