Jacinta Cooper served as commander of the 77th Mechanized Cavalry of Clan Hell’s Horses. While billed as an aggressive Mongol Warrior, Jacinta Cooper’s front line experience was limited to fighting Clan Jade Falcon garrison and provisional units. She favored combined arms strategies with a strong backbone of heavier armored vehicles supporting a mobile ‘mech force.
Battle of Yorii
Cooper successfully bid to be a part of the Trial of Possession for Terra by Clan Hell’s Horses that was going to happen on Yorii. Her unit lander closer to the Wolf’s command unit, the Silver Keshik, than any other Hell’s Horses force. Taking advantage of this, rather than settling in and establishing a camp, Jacinta rushed to meet with Alaric Ward’s forces, against Khan Gottfried Amirault’s (internal) wishes.
Initial skirmished with the Silver Keshik scored a few victories. However, when Alaric Ward’s main force pushed towards Jacinta’s command trinary, she was overwhelmed by the experience of the veterans of the Battle of Terra. She was also surprised by the absolute lack of “civility” the Wolves showed, eschewing Zellbrigen. Jacinta’s cluster was pushed back, and their commander died when her Executioner MASC malfunctioned when faced with Alaric Ward and his bodyguard, Susanna Stims.
