Lawrence Roshak

Lawrence Roshak is the commander of the dezgra and solahma Zeta Galaxy of Clan Jade Falcon. Having mainly fought in Normandy during the Battle of Terra, he had faced the elite Northwind Highlanders. In constant disagreement with Christina Buhallin (internal) of Vau Galaxy, the entire operation could have ended very poorly, but they managed to win by the skin of their teeth. With a unit of mainly second-line soldiers, Lawrence Roshak avoided the worst of the fighting in North America, having been left to defend a supply depot, but he still lost his ‘mech to Clan Wolf during a raid.

Defense of the Jade Falcon

Having taken significantly less losses than many other units, Zeta Galaxy was able to rearm quickly after the Battle of Terra. Already specialized in defensive and counter-insurgency work, saKhan Khalus Pryde (internal) directed Lawrence Roshak to return to the Jade Falcon Occupation Zone to restore order on a few of the more rambunctious worlds.

While his unit was being spread throughout worlds close to Terra at first, Lawrence Roshak landed on Antares, where he stopped a coup in Alba that was trying to topple the Falcon government. Negotiating with local officials, the older Galaxy Commander gathered a series of a grievances the population had with Clan Jade Falcon’s rule. A copy of that list was sent to saKhan Khalus Pryde, Khan Stephanie Chistu (Internal) and to LoreMaster Marv Roshak (internal). Using his authority as Galaxy Commander, some of those basic requests were accepted and implemented quickly. The forming of corporate enclaves on Falcon worlds came directly from these requests.

Capellan – Star League War

With the loss of large swath of territory to the Lyran Commonwealth, Lawrence Roshak requested to his Khan to be sent to defend the coreward region of the Jade Falcon Occupation Zone. Roshak kept discussing potential reforms to alleviate “oppression of the local population”, which was generally viewed very positively. Further openings to corporate entities also allowed Lawrence Roshak to rebuild his force to full force with more advanced weapons than ever before. During the Capellan – Star League War, his forces maintained the peace in the Occupation Zone and prevented further loss of territories.

Lawrence Roshak’s Battlemech

Lawrence Roshak piloted a Summoner omnimech during the Battle of Terra. After the IlClan Trial, Roshak was awarded a Grand Summoner to replace the machine he lost.
